Processing Time
All of our jewelry is handcrafted, so please allow 5 to 7 business days or your order to be made and processed before shipping. Processing time does not include shipping time.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship via USPS and UPS
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.
Domestic Shipping

International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Tomi Jo Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Tomi Jo Jewelry is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will be happy to resend you your tracking at any time
