At Tomi Jo Jewelry, every piece is handcrafted with care, love, and attention to detail. Because of the handmade nature of our jewelry, we have a limited return policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small business.

We do not offer refunds at this time due to the handcrafted nature of the jewelry.

Exchanges Welcome (Store Credit or Another Item)

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.

Once approved, customers may choose:

Store credit or E gift card 

An exchange for a different item of equal value (price differences may apply).

Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for a refund.

Items Not Eligible 

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Custom or personalized pieces

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

• clearance items

• items that are discontinued and were marketed as non-returnable
